MLM Anyone?
I ain’t no guru but I have been around marketing for a bit and as such I do an awful lot of surfing for credits, looking at the sales copy etc etc. I also got burnt in MLM long before the internet was born so have a healthy revulsion for MLM anyway. :) That should set the scene lol.
MLM or Multi Level Marketing has been around in multiple forms for many many years and generally the only people who get rich are the first hundred or so that get in at the start and you can bet your last $/£ that they were part of the syndicate anyway.
Normally it works on a Matrix system and if you’ve surfed for any length of time you’ll have seen the sites I’m talking about.They show you pretty graphics of you downline to six levels say and show you the amount of cash you’ll make. Usually thousands of lovely bucks.
You’re also told you only need three referrals and through implication and clever wording you reckon you’ll get three no problem and sit back and rest on your laurels as the cash rolls in.
Wrong!
You need three referrals to make your money back!
I’ll show you how many referrals you actually need indirectly to make the sums they show you.
Level 1 you get 3 and they need to get three each.(9)
Level 2 9 referrals need 3 each. (27)
Level 3 27 referrals need 3 each (81)
Level 4 81 referrals need 3 each. (243)
Level 5 243 referrals need 3 each (729)
Level 6 729 referrals need 3 each. (2187)
Total Referrals required is 3279!!!!
That’s if you want the $50,000 they are projecting for you.
We’re not just talking sign ups here either. We’re talking real people who actually are upgrading and paying their fees!
Take this into consideration also, the conversion to paid membership runs at approximately 1/5% so to get your 27 paid referrals you'll need to get 440/2700 referrals to begin with.
Not so easy to imagine earning big bucks now huh?
If you still think you can do it…ask yourself this question.
Answer it seriously and realistically.
How many folk do you reckon you will get to sign up as referrals at Yuwie? AND Yuwie is FREE?
How many of those would sign up if they had to pay hard cash even if there was a cash reward at the end?
Hmmm, worth pondering.
The gurus genuinely do make millions sitting at home in their shorts for a couple of hours a day on the PC. There’s a reason for that. They have people in their employ who do the actual work for them, but they don’t tell you that in any of the “We Reveal All” ebooks you get.
Making money on the internet is Not easy and it takes a Lot of Time and Effort.
Next time you see a MLM site think this. MLM really stands for Make the Leaders Millions.
